Wasatch Woodsgrown is working to create resilient communities by
providing ecological design and land-based education to individuals,
families, schools, and community organizations. As we have lived and worked along the Wasatch Front, we have encountered a groundswell of people wanting to create productive landscapes that contribute to the health and vitality of our environment, economy, and educational systems. This desire in others and in ourselves has led to the creation of Wasatch Woodsgrown.
We recognize that each element of the natural landscape is intimately connected to every other. By understanding and nurturing these relationships in our human created environments we can develop functional and abundant ecosystems in our backyards, schoolyards, and on our farms.
